These terms apply to all games published by JK Game Studio (Jigisha Patel, India). By downloading or playing one of our games, you agree to them.
Using our games
Our games are free for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer them, or use their artwork, sounds or levels outside the game, without written permission.
Ownership
The games, including their code, design, artwork, sounds and level designs, belong to JK Game Studio. Third-party assets, such as fonts used under open licenses, belong to their respective owners.
Google Play
Our games are distributed through Google Play, and your use of Google Play is also governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service.
No warranty
The games are provided “as is”, without any warranty. We work hard to keep them fun and bug-free, but we can’t promise they will always work perfectly on every device. Game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, JK Game Studio is not liable for any damage or loss that comes from using or being unable to use our games.
Privacy
Each game has its own privacy policy: Tangram.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
